What is HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness competition that combines running and functional movements — think sled pushes, burpees, lunges, wall balls, and rowing — repeated across eight stations and eight runs.
Unlike most races, every athlete — from beginner to elite — completes the exact same format, which makes HYROX uniquely inclusive.
It’s a full-body challenge built around performance, pacing, and grit.
But here’s the truth: success at HYROX doesn’t just come from hard work.

The Energia Method
Our HYROX training in Toronto follows a periodized system — built to help you perform better, not just sweat harder.
Phase 1 – Foundation & Mechanics
You’ll master movement patterns, pacing, and breathing. We focus on running form, proper sled technique, and mobility.
Phase 2 – Strength & Power
We increase resistance and intensity. Expect heavier sleds, progressive intervals, and specific accessory work for race movements.
Phase 3 – Engine & Efficiency
This is where conditioning meets precision. Workouts simulate real HYROX pacing with transitions between runs and stations.
Phase 4 – Simulation & Race Prep
We bring it all together: mock races, pacing drills, and mental strategies to manage fatigue and stay efficient under pressure.
Each block runs for 4–6 weeks, giving members structure, measurable progress, and a clear goal.
