POLICIES
Late Cancel/No Show Policy:
You may cancel your reservation up to 4 hours before class starts without penalty. If it is less than 4 hours before class starts or if you don't show up, you will be charged a $10 fee.
Gym Membership Hold Policy:
Hold Fee: A weekly hold fee of $10 will be applied when a member decides to put their membership on hold. A member may go on hold after the first 3 months of a membership.
Minimum Hold Period: The minimum hold period is 2 weeks. This means that if a member wants to put their membership on hold, they must do so for at least 2 weeks.
Maximum Hold Period: The maximum hold period is 4 weeks. This means that members may put their membership on hold for a maximum of 4 consecutive weeks at a time.
Injury Exception: If a member has sustained an injury that prevents them from using the gym, they can request an extended hold period with supporting documents.
Maximum Injury Hold: Members with injuries can hold their membership for a maximum of 8 weeks within a calendar year. This allows them a longer period to recover without being charged the regular membership fee.
Drop In Policy:
We love getting visitors, especially because we believe new people bring a new energy to our space. Whether you’re dropping in for a single session or are sticking around for a couple of days, you’re more than welcome at our gym.
